Non-league footballer Jordan Sinnott has helped save the lives of at least seven people after his organs were donated following his tragic death.
Sinnott passed away in January after being found with a fractured skull following a night out in Redford, Nottinghamshire. The midfielder, who was playing for Matlock Town at the time, had previously spoken to his family about being a donor should anything happen to him.
Now, according to the Daily Mirror, Sinnott's donation has saved the lives of seven people aged between 20 and 50. The report also states that soldiers and other burns victims are also benefiting from Sinnott's decision, after receiving skin grafts.
