Ram-raiders who attempted to rip out an ATM at a Co-op store with a tractor were caught on camera during their bungled robbery.
In a video obtained by Chronicle Live, taken by a member of the public from above the store, shows two offenders escaping the scene after trying to pull out the bank machine from the shop wall.
The hooded suspects can be seen having a heated discussion as they work out the logistics of the burglary, before making a swift getaway upon activating the security system.
The alarm at a Co-op in Ratcliffe Road in Haydon Bridge, Northumberland was triggered at around 4.50am on Thursday. The suspects then made off leaving the tractor at the scene after being unsuccessful with their attempt.Shortly after, Northumbria Police
