Heartbroken friends and family have paid tribute to a young Scots dad killed 'for absolutely no reason' after being attacked on an Ayrshire street.
The 23-year-old, named locally as Sean McKay, was pronounced dead at the scene on St Margaret’s Drive in Dalry after police were called shortly after 9pm on Sunday.
A major investigation has been launched into his death, which is currently being treated as ‘suspicious’ by cops. Detectives are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the incident, the attacker or who helped Sean in his final moments to come forward if they haven’t already done so.They say the suspect is described as being a white male who was wearing a dark jacket at the time of the incident.Heartbroken family and friends
