Game of Thrones' brand new prequel spinoff House of the Dragon is currently in the works as the main series, which starred Kit Harington and Lena Hedley, concluded in 2019.

Fans will be overjoyed to see HBO, which is creating the new series, has released a new sneak preview with the original concept art including drawings of the stunning dragons.

The channel has also confirmed that production for the show will be kicking off in 2021. House of the Dragon takes place before the Game of Thrones times, and will focus on the Targaryen family, who are the ancestors of Daenerys Targaryen, who was played by Emilia Clarke.

It is based on George R R Martin's Fire & Blood novel, which he published in 2018. WarnerMedia, which owns HBO, also released
