First Dates singleton shows off incredible five stone weight loss after Channel 4 show

First Dates has unveiled his weight loss transformation after taking part in the show four years ago. Mark from London appeared on the popular reality programme and had a date with Junior from Watford.

The couple's episode aired again recently in a look back show titled The Awkward Ones.When speaking at the end of First Dates, Mark revealed to viewers that he lost an incredible five stone but is still on the search to find the love of his life.The Londoner, who was 29-years-old when he entered the First Dates restaurant, gave a twirl in his living room to showcase how much he has changed since his episode aired.Speaking about how he was able to shed the pounds, Mark wore a black polo shirt and black shorts as he spoke confidently to the camera.He explained: "So since the date, I’ve lost five stones."I’ve got a trainer and changed my diet plan which has no Chinese, no fish fingers and no wine, let alone with lemonade, so no wine at all."The singleton also confirmed that he is still on the quest to find a partner.He added: "Going forward, I am still looking for dates so hit me up if you want a date.

I’m hopefully going to find one that’s the right fit."Though admitting that he was nervous to start dating again, Mark and Junior's date went very well in the First Dates restaurant.The pair seemed to have similar interests as they discussed their desires to settle down and start a family.Smiling happily throughout their date, the pair clinked their glasses when they realised they shared the same outlook on life."Here’s to the future," said Junior with a beaming smile.The daters seemed to initially hit it off really well, with both men agreeing to continue their date off-camera and head to another location for the evening.Mark.
