Perth and Kinross missing pets welfare group has welcomed plans from the Scottish Government to enforce new rules on the public use of fireworks.
The announcement came after numerous dogs in the region went missing on Bonfire Night having been frightened off by the crack and bang of loud pyrotechnics.One dog, called Loki, went missing near Ruthvenfield at around 5.15pm on Thursday (November 5) after being spooked by a nearby firework while out on a walk with owner Richard Gibb.
