Ferne McCann has confessed her close friend James 'Arg' Argent inspires her to "be better" as he continues to be active in his weight loss journey.

James had a gastric sleeve operation back in April this year and has been working hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Since his surgery, he's already lost 9.5 stone.

Reality star Ferne, who recently admitted her biggest worry as a parent to daughter Sunday, three, spoke out about his new lifestyle to becoming healthier during an exclusive chat with OK!
