Scottish sellers have flooded buy-and-sell websites with adverts for puppies aged between three and 12 months, with many admitting they no longer have the time to look after their pets.One advert from an owner in Edinburgh is rehoming their Daschund puppy due to 'work commitments', while a seller in in Fife is flogging their £2,500.
