Family devastated as budding law student, 17, stabbed to death in park pictured

mirror.co.ukA family has spoken of their devastation after a 17-year-old boy was stabbed to death in north London. Officers found the teenager with knife wounds in Northwick Park, Harrow, at around 3.50pm on Thursday and he died at the scene around 40 minutes later.
The Metropolitan Police have named him as Jamalie Matthew, from Harrow, and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
In a statement, his family said: "The whole family is deeply saddened and utterly devastated about the passing of Jamalie. We all knew of his ambition to study law, and coming to terms with the tragedy that has unfolded still feels so surreal. "We are pleading with the public to share any piece of information regarding this incident." No arrests have been made
