The Football Association is considering furloughing staff after revealing it expects losses of more than £150m due to the coronavirus crisis.
England boss Gareth Southgate has agreed to a 30 per cent cut in his £3m-a-year salary to help save jobs in the wake of the growing pandemic.
Southgate has led from the front during his time as the England manager and has made the financial sacrifice together with the FA's top earners as the organisation attempts to deal with the crisis.
Chief executive Mark Bullingham said the governing body was considering whether to make use of the Government's furlough scheme to protect the business and its staff.
