On Monday Subway announced that around 600 of its UK restaurants have now reopened for takeaway. And the fast food fix doesn't stop there, as Burger King, too, has today opened up 35 restaurants.
Next Monday (18 May), the burger chain will open even more restaurants up and down the country. Staff have been given additional PPE such as masks and gloves, and all deliveries will be contactless as drivers keep their distance from customers by stepping back once they’ve left food at customers’ doors.
