A statement confirming the plans to a new Super League, backed by 12 founding clubs, have revealed details around the new competition's structure and said that those clubs want to remain part of their domestic leagues.
As well as United and City, AC Milan, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Barcelona, Inter Milan, Juventus, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Tottenham are the founding members.
