Amid a novel coronavirus pandemic, Endeavor Group Holdings — the parent company of talent agency WME, modeling firm IMG and Professional Bull Riders — is facing a storm that's impacting its sprawling live events and representation divisions. But the Beverly Hills-based conglomerate is not publicly considering selling off non-core businesses at this time.

Endeavor is rolling out pay cuts as it deals with the economic impact of the pandemic, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. As with several other agencies that have taken similar measures, the pay reductions will proportionately increase according to base salary, from 5 to 30 percent, except for Endeavor president Mark Shapiro, who is cutting his compensation by half.

Endeavor has officially begun rolling out pay cuts as it grapples with the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic across the industry. Endeavor heads Ari Emanuel and chairman Patrick Whitesell are forgoing their salaries, with president Mark Shapiro cutting his in half.
