The actress, who plays Moira Dingle, is about to become the victim of a hit-and-run and land in hospital.However, due to new social distancing measures, she still needed to be two metres apart from her co-stars.But in some episodes, Natalie was actually miles away from the set.Producers sent her home and put fake legs under the blankets for some scenes where Moira’s husband Cain (Jeff Hordley) comes to visit her bedside while she is in a coma.The cameras filmed him talking to the bottom half of the bed so viewers will have no idea he is actually on his own.In other scenes where both stars were needed in shot in the hospital room, clever camera angles were used.Fans will.
