Ebanie Bridges tucked into a "breakfast of champions" the morning after her sensational world title win.Bridges, 35, deservedly claimed the IBF female bantamweight title with a unanimous points decision victory over Maria Cecilia Roman in her adopted city of Leeds on Saturday.
The judges were in little doubt of the Australian's dominance, with the trio scoring it 100-91, 97-93, 97-93 in favour of the Blonde Bomber.The New South Wales fighter, who has won an army of fans for her engaging personality, daredevil boxing style and skimpy weigh-in outfits, was handsomely rewarded for taking the fight.
And she rewarded herself on Sunday morning by chowing down on what she dubbed a "breakfast of champions."Taking some time out from re-posting messages of congratulations on her Instagram story, Bridges uploaded a picture of not one but two breakfast plates.
The first image showed a couple of pancakes, topped with chocolate and caramelised bananas - a well-deserved treat after a tough night of fighting.
