EASTENDERS’ caff has gone green — after BBC bosses hired an “eco consultant” to cut the soap’s carbon emissions. The environmental expert advises cast and crew on how they can be more environmentally friendly — and only vegetarian meals are now served in Ian Beale’s greasy spoon.
