EASTENDERS actor Adam Woodyatt has revealed his character Ian Beale won’t be returning to screens until 2022 “at the earliest”.
The actor, 52, is taking a break from the soap to appear in touring theatre production of Looking Dead Good, which could now potentially carry on until next year.
The production was due to start in January but was delayed due to Covid until July. Adam hopes the missed shows will be rescheduled to the start of 2022, meaning his break is longer than fans had expected.
