mirror.co.ukRB Leipzig have completed the signing of highly-rated youngster Dominic Szoboszlai. The Hungarian star joins the German side from sister club Red Bull Salzburg in an initial £18million deal.
Salzburg will also be due 20 percent of any future transfer, for a player whom they have nurtured since joining in January 2018, scoring 25 goals in 79 appearances for the club.
Szoboszlai had been monitored by Arsenal ahead of a potential January transfer. A host of Europe’s elite, including AC Milan and Real Madrid, had also been keeping track of his process.
Mikel Arteta and Arsenal sporting director Edu had earmarked Szoboszlai, last year’s Austrian Bundesliga Player of the Season, as a possible midfield, as they sought to add more creativity
