Cali, a Staffordshire bull terrier typed dog, was paddling in a river in Bradford-on-Avon on Wednesday next to Timbrell's Yard pub when some children noticed she was bleeding heavily.The owners, named as Sophie and Sharon, told Wiltshire Live: "I've never seen blood like that before."The dog didn't make a sound when being cut despite the gaping wound she was left with.Kind strangers offered Sophie a lift home to collect her van so that the two could take her straight to the vet and another onlooker offered Sharon a towel to wrap around Cali's foot.Some concerned.
