A former Coronation Street star, who was a fan favourite on the ITV soap, has now landed a huge movie role, two years after officially leaving the Corrie cobbles. The actress joined the cobbles in 2019 as Alina Pop and her character was part of several dramatic storylines during the two years she featured in the show, including her character having a fling with iconic character Tyrone Dobbs, played by Alan Halsall.
