The Beatles: Get Back, which will look at the recording of the band's final album, will premiere in the U.S. and Canada on Sept.
4. "The Beatles: Get Back is a front-row seat to the inner workings of the genius of those creators," said Disney executive chairman Bob Iger in announcing the film during the company's annual shareholder meeting in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Wednesday morning (March 11).
Jackson has previously said that he worked on the film with cooperation from Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono Lennon and Olivia Harrison.
