DISNEY+ is reportedly kicking off a Star Wars' Boba Fett miniseries next week after the character's epic debut on The Mandalorian.

Star Wars' most famous bounty hunter returned from the dead during the season two premiere of The Mandalorian. And reports are suggesting Lucasfilm is now aiming to start filming the rumoured series in mid-November.

According to trade news site Deadline, season three of the hit Star Wars show could be delayed as a "Boba Fett miniseries, would film first, starting next week, with The Mandalorian season three following a monthlong break".

This comes after Boba Fett made his first appearance after his apparent-death in Return of the Jedi. The season two premiere - titled Chapter 9: The Marshal, written and directed.
