Anthony Martial has been criticised for his inconsistency which will prevent him from becoming a world class player, according to Dimitar Berbatov.
The former Manchester United forward followed his former team-mate Paul Scholes, who himself highlighted the Frenchman's flaws.
Martial was United's leading goalscorer last term but has been accused of floating in and out of games. The Red Devils also lack a conventional No 9 with their forwards preferring to operate from a wide role before cutting inside which can cause issues.
Martial enjoyed his best year to date in a United shirt last term, but Berbatov maintained that off days are magnified when you play for a big club.
