A heartbroken mum has told how she feels 'empty, devastated and frightened' following the death of her 'beautiful and pure' 12-year-old daughter.
Semina Halliwell, of Southport, Merseyside, died on June 12 this year, after spending four nights in hospital. Her mum, Rachel Halliwell, claims her daughter took her own life, the Liverpool Echo reports.
