Desperate woman in tears as neighbour tell her she's not allowed to use her own garden

legal dispute has left a mum unable to access her own garden after a neighbour used a padlock to stop use of a garden gate.Naima Watt, from Ayr, Scotland, has been locked out of her own property's outdoor space after her neighbour locked a garden gate and then created a wall of bins.The issue stems from a communal pathway running in from of the gardens – between the backdoors and actual garden area – which has, for some reason, been locked by other neighbours. She told AyrshireLive : “I feel like someone else is controlling my whole life. “I just can’t stop shaking and I get upset every time I think about it.“I’m desperate for it to stop, it has been going on for three months and it is just so much negative energy that I need to live next to.“I can’t get parcels delivered, when it was Kai’s birthday his presents were late because I had to collect them from a depot.

The window cleaners can’t get access, my son can’t get his bike out from the back.“I once ended up locked out as well because the front door closed when I was out and I couldn’t get back in via the back.”Naima says she has contacted her the council, police and a lawyer through legal aid but only her landlord is the one who can help the situation, she claims.She has called on her landlord to fix it, but they have so far not done so – nor wished to comment when asked by.
