Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. Local residents are furious with their plans to construct a giant lake at their luxury country home calling it "ugly", "monstrous" and "out of keeping" with the posh area.
The couple have put in a planning application to West Oxfordshire District Council for a mammoth stretch of water, nearly 3000 m2, and with a depth of four metres at their Grade II-listed building in Great Tew.
After our exclusive yesterday, where a council ecology report also threatened to block their plans, two local residents have written letters of objection.
