Two dogs were also reportedly killed, while the mother, Kristin, and the family’s eldest son, Brady, survived. Quakertown Police Chief, Scott McElree, told the Bucks County Courier Times: “The evidence is very clear that it started in the Christmas tree. "It was a real tree.
A Christmas tree burns very quickly and very hot.” The fire destroyed the Kings’ home as well as the neighbouring house attached to it, with the family next door reportedly able to escape unharmed.
