Covid cases continue to rocket, while she enjoyed an exotic holiday in the Maldives.Angie Dale, leader of the local authority in Richmondshire asked those in the area to "heed the stay local message" after the government moved the North Yorkshire district into Tier 3 on December 31, just days before a national lockdown was implemented by the government.Despite the press release by Richmondshire District Council being sent out on January 8, Dale and her loved ones were in fact sunning themselves on the Maldivian island of Kudahuvadhoo.The document went on to say that those in the area "should not travel out of their local village or town unless absolutely necessary," before adding: "the number of Covid cases is rising dramatically every day.
