Coronation Street's Amanda Barrie has revealed that she has absolutely "no regrets" about whacking Gordon Ramsay in 2004.The TV icon, 86, who was best know for her role on Coronation Street as Alma Sedgewick, explained that she'd never lived down the time she'd appeared on the TV chef's programme Hell's Kitchen.On the programme, things appeared to become explosive very quickly as Amanda clenched her fist and struck the restaurant owner.Amanda explained to Daily Star that reality had been quite different and there had been a "long build up" before the altercation.If the Bad Girls star could go back in time, she admitted her punch would have been a "bit harder".Speaking about the violent outburst, the Carry On actress said: "I'll never live.
