Kinross according to one group.Volunteers at the Kinross Church centre were left overwhelmed with the offers of help that came flooding in after they said they were having difficulty getting meals to vulnerable residents.The group's minibuses were struggling in the snow, leaving centre manager Nan Cook to ask for help.And the town stepped up to the plate.Nan told the Perthshire Advertiser: “We do have minibuses but we have had great difficulty getting out.“I put a post of social media asking if anyone could help with a 4x4 vehicle.“So many people came forward, the community spirit is alive and kicking in Kinross.“The response has been just fantastic.
