Coleen Rooney paid an emotional tribute to her tragic sister eight years on from her death. Rosie McLoughlin died in 2016 aged just 14 after a long battle with Rett syndrome.The rare brain disorder that causes severe disabilities left a hole in Coleen's life - and on the anniversary of Rosie's passing, the star took to social media.

Coleen was said to "idolise" her adopted sister and even asked her to be chief bridesmaid when she married her then footballer fiancé Wayne Rooney in 2008.
