CNN, Ubisoft and Unity Technologies are among the companies that have signed up to join Yas Creative Hub, a vast project being built in Abu Dhabi and backed by twofour54, the United Arab Emirate capital's media and creative industries hub.
The 2.9 million square foot sustainable development is due to open its doors by the fourth quarter of 2021. Developers anticipate it will house 16,000 professionals by 2031, tripling the jobs in the city's media, gaming, and entertainment sector.
With 70,000 square foot of studio and post-production space, Yas Creative Hub will also double the number of local and international productions that Abu Dhabi —where recent Hollywood titles such as Michael Bay's 6 Underground and Mission: Impossible - Fallout.
