After also signing a ‘sustainable growth deal’ with SEPA, which included moving towards more ethical investments, nothing has been done about this either.“By continuing to invest in fossil fuels, Stirling Council is supporting the companies which are most responsible for making the climate crisis worse.”More than half of Scotland’s universities have already committed to divesting from fossil fuel companies, including Stirling, Edinburgh, and Dundee Universities, alongside some UK local government.
