CHLOE Ferry has broken down in tears over a family tragedy she suffered one year ago. The reality star has been working out at the gym in an effort to help process her grief and to boost her mental health as she faces a future without her beloved father.

Chloe, 26, got emotional in her latest posts on her Instagram stories, as she told her 3.8m followers that she there's "not a day that goes by" where she doesn't think of her father.

The MTV star posted a heart-breaking a selfie of herself crying with a sweet message to her late father. She wrote: "I just hope you are proud of me up there my beautiful dad." Following the selfie, Chloe posted two other messages saying she "would give anything to hold" her father again and that her "whole world came crashing down" when he got diagnosed with cancer.
