Chelsea are reportedly willing to break their club record to try and sign Erling Haaland this summer, though the Blues want to keep Timo Werner.Werner has struggled since arriving at Stamford Bridge from RB Leipzig in the summer, with his last Premier League goal being on November 7.Haaland has been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid despite only joining Borussia Dortmund 12 months ago.He has scored a remarkable 35 goals in just 35 appearances and has a £66m release clause in his contract, which can’t be triggered until the end of next season.But Chelsea are reportedly willing to splash out earlier with The Athletic claiming the Blues will make a big push this summer.The report adds that Dortmund will demand.
