Channel 4 viewers were left rather surprised on Tuesday night as they settled down to watch The Man With a Penis on His Arm.The candid documentary followed the life of Malcolm MacDonald, 47, who had a phalloplasty penis growing on his arm for the past six years due to his actual penis falling off.But fans were left even more gobsmacked when they saw that he used his penis to hold darts when playing one of his favourite sporting games.Jumping onto Twitter, fans were quick to share their reacition.One viewer said: "Clearly a very handy accessory for holding your darts.."Another said: "I know I shouldn't laugh but jfc his arm knob was dangling on the hob and holding his darts."
