Remembrance Sunday. The donation, described as "significant and meaningful" is made every year and will go toward the charity 's education project.

The project encourages school children and members of the public to learn more about the history and heritage of the poppy and remembrance, and to share their stories of reflection and hope.

Gordon Michie, Poppyscotland’s Head of Fundraising and Learning, said: “We are incredibly grateful to Celtic FC Foundation for their continued support.

With their help we have been able to expand our Learning and Outreach work considerably. "This culminated last year with the launch of Bud, our new interactive mobile learning resource.
