The television presenter tragically took her own life on February 15 in the run up to her trial for the alleged assault by beating of her boyfriend Lewis Burton.Caroline had pleaded not guilty to assault by beating at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court in North London on December 23 and was due to go on trial at March 4 this year.She died a day after she had been told that the CPS were pursuing the court case against her following an arrest at her home in December.
