Love Island star Cara De La Hoyde has been praised by followers for bravely ditching the filters for her latest social media snap.

The 30-year-old reality star, who recently welcomed her second child with husband Nathan Massey, oozed confidence as she slipped into a red two piece for the gorgeous picture.

Sharing the snap with her 1.1 million Instagram followers, Cara opened up about her body confidence journey and reaped praise on women's bodies.

In the cheerful picture, Cara beamed from ear to ear as she ruffled her dark locks for the picture. She also urged her followers to love their bodies as she modelled the Primark underwear for their latest campaign. "This is me #nofilter," Cara began.
