The Carmen reimagines the company’s elegant Dubonnet Xenia model of 1938 as a state-of-the-art electric hypercar.Hispano Suiza – today minus the hyphen – has relaunched under the stewardship of Miguel Suqué Mateu.

The billionaire is the great-grandson of the co-founder, Damián Mateu, whose enthusiasm for building luxury cars would eventually create an immense family fortune in the early 20th century.‘My family has a great passion for the brand that stretches back more than a century,’ Mateu says.
