Carl Frampton believes Canelo Alvarez is the undisputed pound-for-pound fighter on the planet. Alvarez will face undefeated American Caleb Plant this weekend, as the two will end their war of words when they fight to decide who will be the first-ever undisputed super-middleweight champion.
Alvarez, who is universally considered as boxing's pound-for-pound No.1, is undefeated in eight years and has stopped four of his last six opponents.
Plant faces a big step up in competition against the Mexican, having been relatively untested since winning his IBF title in 2019.
And ahead of the fight, British former boxer Frampton expects Canelo to re-establish himself as the top boxer on the planet by defeating Plant.
