Call of Duty Servers Down: Modern Warfare, Warzone 'unable to access online services'

After issues on Xbox yesterday morning, it seems a more general issues is developing this afternoon on May 20. Server connection issues appear to be the issue for anyone trying to play either Modern Warfare, or the standalone Warzone release across Xbox, PS4 and PC.
Downdetector, a website that collects user reports to help identify if online services are experiencing issues, has also noticed a slow increase of users reporting problems today with the problem reaching about 600 errors per every five minutes at its peak.
