Call of Duty Modern Warfare players face potentially another big week ahead, more so perhaps for fans of the games monumentally successful Warzone mode.
Whilst it was Black Ops 4 that cemented the first Battle Royale mode for the series, it's the free-to-play Warzone model that appears to have the longevity, creativity and above all, player numbers, to sustain the game for years to come.
But as Fortnite, Apex Legends and more BR games have found, it's not enough to simply exist, but to evolve, that makes a Battle Royale game truly great.
Fans are seeing that process in action right now when it comes to Warzone. Last week Activision and Infinity Ward effectively set the wheels in motion.
