Marmalade Insurance have warned drivers to be careful this summer if they're not wary of these rules.They said removing clothes while behind the wheel could seriously impact your ability to focus on the road.Taking off jumpers and cardigans will cause motorists to take their hands off the wheel which could lose sight of the streets.According to the Highway Code, drivers should always wear appropriate clothing and footwear when driving.They say clothing must not prevent the driver from using the controls in the correct manner.Drivers who are seen distracted could be hit with a £100 fine on the spot.But fees can dramatically rise in more serious cases with fines of up to £2,500 and £5,000 possible.Alongside a fine, Brits could be stung with.
