Britney Spears fans bombarded the hitmaker with their concerns after she'd taken to Instagram with a number of totally naked snaps.The hitmaker 40, looked completely free as she stripped to her birthday suit while enjoying the sand and warm sea on romantic getaway with her fiancée Sam Asghari.Wearing only a gold necklace with a diamond pendant, Britney lay in the shallow waters to strike up a number of racy poses.Obeying Instagram rules and avoiding a social media telling off, the Pop Princess used a number of blue diamond emoji's to cover her intimate regions.The steamy display isn't the first of it's kind, with Britney having ditched all of her clothes in the past after her conservatorship was overturned by the courts.Naturally many fans believe that the blonde chart topper is just expressing her freedom which they claim had previously been suppressed under her father Jamie Spears' rules as part of the conservatorship.However as there have been a few nude posts now in recent weeks, some of her following are starting to become worried for her.One online user asked: "Britney are you ok?"Another comment read: "Britney remember your kids are on IG," including many crying emoji faces.A third person urged: "Britney you don't have to do this," as a fourth added: "I think this is too much friend."While others echoed their thoughts with: "Sis what is going on?", "Brit please stop the nuclear war please," and "great, when you have children.
