Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Britain's Got Talent dance act made it to final on another 'Got Talent' show

Britain’s Got Talent hopefuls Les Sancho blew audiences away with their audition for the British talent show.But it has now emerged that they initially appeared on another Got Talent series - with fans discovering that the group actually reached the show’s final round.The French dance group have previously secured the Golden Buzzer on the French version of the popular talent show, which is called La France A Un Incroyable Talent.They were a clear judge’s favourite after being awarded the highest possible accolade on the programme.Britain’s Got Talent has finally returned to ITV after a year long hiatus and judge Amanda Holden was blown away by the dance troupe.The 51-year-old said that she was the “most excited” she had been about dancers on the show for a while.Along with Amanda, her fellow judges Simon Cowell, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon were all impressed with Les Sancho, as were the crowd who showered them with cheers and applause.The group expressed their excitement at being on Britain’s Got Talent and said it was a “level up” from previous competitions, which seemed to reference their past fame in their home country.
