Britain's Got Talent star Lauren Thalia was just 12 years old when the hit ITV show thrust her into the limelight.The young hopeful impressed the judges when she sang and played the guitar for viewers delivering renditions of hits from Keri Hilson and Labrinth in 2012.Now ten years on at the of 22 Lauren is entirely unrecognisable as the fresh-faced child who won the nation over.Lauren still has a passion for music and has added to that an interest in pole dancing and yoga, working across the fields she feels passionate about.Her Instagram profile biography sees her describing herself as "earth angel energy, on a mission to assist in the healing of myself & others".She added: "200hr vinyasa yogi, pole dancer, songwriter & tea lover."Her feed is full of pictures of her displaying her love for music and wholesome living, as well as encouragement to others to indulge in plenty of self-care and self-love.When Lauren auditioned for BGT back In 2012 she sang Turn My Swag On by Keri Hilson, judge Alesha Dixon likened her to being "as cute as a button".And David Walliams added to the compliments by calling her a "very small version of Alanis Morissette."Lauren made it to the semi-finals of the show but failed to progress any further when her rendition of Earthquake by Labrinth didn't quite make the cut.Making the most of her appearance on the show in 2014 Lauren released an EP entitled Wonderland and a single called Your Light.She has also supported Newton Faulkner, Nina Nesbitt and Leona Lewis on tour.Most recently Lauren was part of a four-piece band called Laulia, who went their separate ways in 2020.Announcing the split Lauren told her followers: "This past year has been a little strange, for all of us, especially in music..
