East Kilbride's driving test centre after a row over heating bills. A campaign was launched after the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) closed the test centre at Halfords at the Kingsgate retail park in 2016 - leaving learners to travel to Hamilton or Baillieston to sit their test.The DVSA were adamant, however, they were looking for an alternative site and a deal was struck after Legion Scotland offered their premises for a part-time base.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
