Carlos Ramos died after the strike, leaving his family reeling, the New York Post reports.He had just celebrated his 13th birthday with his twin sister and was out with his family when the freak storm rolled over the beach at around 5:20pm.Carlos was taken to Jacobi Hospital after the lightning bolt struck, but was pronounced dead by doctors.The emergency services also hospitalised four other children,.
