Bogus delivery driver stole thousands after breaking into Scots pensioner's home

CCTV appears to show him wearing clothing similar to employees of the DPD parcel delivery service – but in the wrong colour.

DPD say their employees working in that area wear red uniforms and the suspect caught on CCTV wore a turquoise and dark blue top.

He entered the home of 64-year-old James Meechan, on on Dunnichen Avenue, Forfar, and stole cash from his bedroom.
